Success Story

Ronnie. We are two fairly active pensioners, we have always been dog owners and decided to look for another dog now that we spend more time at home. Then we saw Ronnie, he had been rescued by the RSPCA in Wales. He had been totally neglected, possibly a puppy farm dog. We gradually nursed him back to health,he is a cross terrier, quick to learn and made us laugh most days. Training began, he soon became house trained and loved games and playing he became a lovable puppy although we had been told he was probably 2 years old. Then the problems began,Ronnie loved people, but hated other dogs. We ended up only going out with him only when there wouldn't be other dogs around, late at night,in the rain, unusual isolated places.Anywhere that we wouldn't come face to face with another dog. We spent all our time apologising for Ronnies behaviour to other dog owners. We more or less decided then that Ronnie would have to become a home dog, where he was happy but we desperately wanted him to have a lot more in his life, we felt he deserved more! Then we met Tracey! She gave us hope took charge and we followed her instructions to the letter! She changed small bits indoors which really made a difference, we felt more in charge and introduced Ronnie to other dogs for long walks. Now-we don,t have to apologise for Ronnie-he loves being off lead and doggy friends.
I suppose our message is not to give up on training and to get in touch with Tracey.
Every dog deserves another chance!
Thank you Tracey.🐶🐕🐩
